All airspace is heavily regulated by the  FAA. Certain airspace may require a special waiver, or permission to fly. Some examples are, close to airports, or near heavily populated areas. There are many laws that must be followed by when choosing to use aerial photography for commercial use. That is why it is important to choose a Licensed UAS Pilot like myself. These permission can only be requested by a Part 107 UAS Pilot. If you are wanting a photo shoot that may require additional permissions by FAA, there may be an additional fee depending on the situation. All flights are planned and assessed for risks and special airspace. The customer will be advised if such permission will be needed.
